Verstappen's Vegas Win! 🔥 🚀 Championship 🔥

Max Verstappen secured a dominant victory at the Las Vegas Grand Prix on Saturday, but Lando Norris is now firmly in the driver’s seat for the Formula One title. Norris finished second, extending his lead over teammate Oscar Piastri to 30 points – standing at 408 compared to Piastri’s 378 and Verstappen’s 366. The race was marked by several incidents, including a collision between Aston Martin’s Lance Stroll and Sauber’s Gabriel Bortoleto, as well as further issues involving Williams’ Alex Albon and Lewis Hamilton. Liam Lawson of Racing Bulls also suffered a damaged car following a first-lap collision. Despite initially losing the lead to Verstappen, Norris reclaimed second place on lap 34, admitting he deliberately let Verstappen have a good race, joking that he’d simply braked too late. Verstappen’s victory, his sixth of the season and 69th career win, was celebrated with a pink LEGO Cadillac convertible driven by actor Terry Crews, accompanied by fireworks over the Las Vegas Strip. McLaren, meanwhile, celebrated clinching the Constructors’ Championship for a second consecutive year, and with just two remaining Grands Prix and a sprint totaling a potential 58 points, Norris maintains a commanding lead. Verstappen’s 20.741-second advantage underscored his superior performance as the race concluded.
