Both glasses connect to Alibaba’s recently released Qwen App, utilizing the company’s proprietary AI technology for assistance via voice commands and touch controls. Key features include on-the-go translation and AI-generated meeting notes. Naturally, the glasses are deeply integrated with Alibaba’s ecosystem and include pre-installed apps such as Alipay and Taobao, the company’s online shopping platform, along with popular music streaming service, QQ Music. The S1 model, mirroring features found in Meta’s Ray-Ban Display, utilizes more advanced micro-OLED technology, boasting superior image and video quality (up to 3K) and enhanced performance in low-light conditions, thanks to its dual-chip system. In contrast, the G1 model prioritizes comfort and portability, being designed for everyday wear. While Alibaba has not yet confirmed plans for international release, both models are currently available for purchase on Chinese e-commerce platforms, with the S1 starting at ¥3,799.

The G1 will retail for a minimum of ¥1,899 (approximately $268).
